Intensive and Extensive Quantity and FWL’s critique of membership – based Set Theory.  Also remarks re general notion of Entity as discussed by Gonzalo Reyes in his paper in “Logic and Cognition” (MacNamara and Reyes 1992)

ii)   Evening of 23rd January 2009 : Transcript of Notes of a Discussion with FW LAWVERE on various topics, including the understanding of  Union and Power Set Formation in Set Theory which as unary operations are adjoint functors as inclusions, hence suggesting the lattice of inclusions should have no globally fixed top element, and that membership is therefore relative, not absolute, in contrast with the received view.
