1st March 2007
Notes made on structures of Dynamical Systems from standpoint of (intersection of) General Systems Theory and Category Theory. With particular respect to the notion of Anticipatory Systems (in the work of Robert Rosen) and the role of category theory in modelling the direction of fit of the structure of simple systems/ (systems of less generic structure/character (“mechanisms”) within that of systems of more generic/englobing/encompassing/delimiting structure – with some remarks on the notion of structure in general in relation to issues of general ontology and the notion of structure sui generis vis-a-vis the notion of structure as candidate-for-the-structure-of-systems in the world
